The administrative divisions of Einsenland consist of seven federal states (Einsen: Bundesländer), each with its own constitution, parliament, and government. The federal structure is enshrined in the Grundordnung and grants states significant autonomy in areas including education, policing, cultural affairs, and local governance.

Each federal state has:

State profiles

Eisenmark

The political and economic center of the republic, home to the capital Eisenstadt. Eisenmark has the highest population and GDP of all states, with a diverse economy spanning finance, technology, manufacturing, and services.

Stahlland

The industrial heartland, centered on Stahlberg. Known for steel production, heavy engineering, and automotive manufacturing. Stahlland's economy has diversified in recent decades to include technology and logistics.

Westermoorland

The maritime state, centered on the port city of Westermoor. Shipbuilding, fishing, and international trade are major economic activities. Westermoorland has a distinct coastal culture and dialect.

Nordküste

The northernmost state along the North Sea coast. Agriculture, wind energy, and tourism are primary industries. The capital Hafenbrück is a mid-sized port city.

Grüntal

Known as the "Green Valley," this central state is the agricultural heartland of Einsenland. Wine production, dairy farming, and food processing are significant industries. The university city of Grüntal is an important cultural center.

Hoheneisen

A mountainous state in the east-central region, known for mining heritage and growing tourism sector. Hoheneisen's historic mountain fortresses are popular attractions.

Bergland

The southernmost state, characterized by alpine terrain. Winter sports tourism, hydroelectric power, and forestry are key industries. Bergland shares borders with Switzerland and Austria.
